Marine cabbage salad

 Marine cabbage salad  Seaweed is rich in iodine, essential for good thyroid operation.

Ingredients:

celery (root) - 100g

carrots - 80g

Parsley (root) - 75g

Sugar - 10g

seaweed - 60g

vegetable oil - 65g

lemon juice - 20 g

dill - 20g

Purified celery, parsley and boiled carrots chop sticks. Prepare laminaria (sea kale frozen rinse under running water and place for 15 minutes to soak in cold water).

The prepared cabbage boil three times for 15-20 minutes at a ratio of water 3: 1. Cooked cabbage incubate for 30 min in a weak solution of vinegar with added salt. Carrots, roots, sea kale fill with lemon juice, sugar, and add salt to taste.

Salad season with vegetable oil and sprinkle with dill.
