Olive oil reduces risk of heart attack within 6 weeks

Researchers from Scotland received new evidence that regular use olive oil   improves Heart Health   and reduces the risk of dangerous diseases, such as heart attacks and heart failure. The study authors have come to concluded that adding a daily ration of 4 teaspoons olive Oil helps to significantly reduce the risk of heart disease. 6 weeks of the experiment urine taken from 69 volunteers demonstrated that the number of markers for heart disease has decreased significantly.
