Sponge cake "Classic"

 Sponge cake "Classic"  This sponge cake is ideal to morning tea, and for the festive table.

Ingredients:

Flour - 125 g

Potato starch - 125g

Sugar - 250 g

Butter - 170 g

Egg - 5 pcs

Salt

Grated zest of ½ lemon

Vanillin - 1 g

Baking powder

How to cook:

Eggs, sugar, zest, salt, vanillin heated in a water bath. The heated mixture whisking until cool. Add flour, starch, baking powder. Enter melted a little. Put into a mold and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
