Cardio enhance memory in adulthood

American researchers from the University of Minnesota announced the results of a study conducted by them for nearly 30 years. The experiment involved three thousand volunteers of the same age who did not have health problems.

The first phase of a large-scale study conducted when participants were, on average, 25 years. Scientists have invited the young people work out on a treadmill. The subjects were trained without stopping until until they feel very tired or not they will dyspnea. After this run of volunteers waiting for memory testing.

The next time the authors and participants in the study had met 20 years later. Scientists have once again invited "experimental" in the gym, giving them a similar task.

Organizers of the experiment noticed that a good memory in the 45 years have shown, those who showed excellent physical training on a treadmill, with the best results were in the most hardy during both runs.
