Cauliflower salad

 Cauliflower salad  Cauliflower - a real storehouse of vitamins.

Ingredients:

Cauliflower - 1 small head

Green peppers - 6-10 pc.

beets - 1 small root

vinegar - 3 tablespoons. spoons

olive oil - 1 \ 2 cup

freshly ground black pepper - 3 \ 4 teaspoon

Salt - 1 tsp

Boiled beets and green peppers cut into small diamonds. Cauliflower divided into separate Kocheshkov and put it in salted boiling water; cook until tender, but so that they remain strong. Ready Kocheshkov mixed with peppers and beets. Then proceed to the preparation of filling: pour into a mixer (or any sealed dishes) vinegar, vegetable oil, add salt and pepper and beat well. Filling is ready, pour it a salad. Before serving salad dressing should soak for 30 minutes of hold at room temperature.
