Thiotriazoline The drug has a membrane-stabilizing, anti-ischemic, immunomodulatory, anti-oxidant effect. Thiotriazoline prevents damage, destruction of liver cells, reduces the degree of fatty infiltration, border tsentrolobulyarnogo hepatic necrosis, stabilizes metabolism, activates processes regenaratsii hepatocytes, normalize the chemical composition of the liver, increases the rate of synthesis, the rate of bile. The drug increases the anaerobic glycolysis   due to compensatory activation. PM activates antioxidant system, reduces the rate of oxidation of lipids in the ischemic myocardium It reduces the sensitivity of the heart muscle to catecholamines, stabilizes and reduces the zone of necrosis, myocardial ischemia. Due to the activation of the fibrinolytic system improves the rheological properties of blood.

The antioxidant effect is achieved due to the presence of the molecule thiol sulfur   (has okislitelno-reducing properties) and tertiary nitrogen (binds the excess hydrogen ions). Thiotriazoline contact with lipid radicals and reactive oxygen species by reducing properties of the thiol group reactivates antiradical enzymes ( catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutationperoksiaza ).

Relative bioavailability of drug when taken orally is 64%, half-life period of 1 3 hours. The drug is accumulated in the myocardium, kidney, liver, colon, spleen in large numbers. In low doses - in the small intestine and lungs. Displayed kidney .
