Noise appliances can cause a stroke

Noise from household appliances can cause high blood pressure and heart disease. This is the conclusion of experts from the World Health Organisation.

40% of Europe's population is exposed to at home   noise in the limit of 55 dBA (decibel acoustic), but that's about as noisy as in the office working. According to scientists from the WHO, this constant noise is enough to cause sleep disturbances and increase stress levels. The most important sources of noise are the household washing machines, vacuum cleaners, cooker hoods. But in general, our homes are full of numerous household appliances - from mixers to the electric knife - which emit a cacophony of different sounds.

Experts from the WHO found that in two cases out of every 5 increased level of stress can be attributed to domestic noise. For example, noise level   the washing machine is 70 dB, 50 dB refrigerator, and some mixers and blenders can produce sounds in the 90 dBA. The problem is compounded by the fashion studio type apartment where kitchen space combined with the living room, so the noise becomes even more palpable for all family members.

39% of British adults do not enjoy what or appliances at certain times of the day, because they are too noisy. Half considers noise an important factor when buying a particular subject, such as a vacuum cleaner or a refrigerator. After all, due to stress and increased blood pressure, and it is a major risk factor for these cardiovascular diseases as heart attack and stroke.
