Meat soup in Finnish

 Meat soup in Finnish  Recipe Finnish cuisine - one of the most "healthy" in the world of cooking.

Ingredients:

Beef - 1kg

Water - 2.5 l

salt - 1 tbsp. l.

black pepper - 10 peas

onions - 2 pcs.

carrots - 2 pcs.

celery - the root and greens 1/2

rutabaga - 1/4 pcs.

parsnip - 1/2

Potatoes - 6

parsley (chopped) - 2 tbsp. l.

Meat lightly rinse, carefully dry towel to soak all the moisture and dry put in boiling water. Remove the foam. Put the onion, salt and pepper. When the meat is cooked half (approximately 1.5 hours), clean it from tendons, cut into large chunks. The soup put one after the other turnips, carrots, seldёrey, parsnips and least - potatoes.

Shortly before the meat is ready to remove the bone; meat cut into small pieces, dipped in soup. Garnish with chopped parsley soup.
