I want to share a recipe that helps me to keep high blood pressure under control. Thanks to this tool, which I accept, in addition to drugs, feel much better.
Grated horseradish pour water, allow to stand for 36 hours, then strain and squeeze. 1 cup horseradish juice squeezed a wooden spatula, mix in an enamel pot with 1 cup of carrot juice and juice of 1 lemon.
The resulting mixture in a glass bowl, drain and take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day 1 hour before meals or 2-3 hours after a meal.
