Meat solyanka

 Meat solyanka  Solyanka meat - a classic dish for any meal!

Ingredients:

2n broth,

2 onions,

2 pickled cucumbers,

2 tablespoons tomato paste

meat products (at least 5 items)

Article 1/2 cucumber brine,

butter,

Bay leaf,

black pepper

How to cook hodgepodge meat:

Onion saute in butter and put in the broth. Pickles, if necessary, clean the skin of rough and cut into fine strips. Fry in butter, add the tomato paste and cook for another 5 ~ 8 min. Meat chop (recommended set: hunting sausage, pork, lean loin, salmon, smoked neck, ham, cooked meat from the broth). In the boiling broth to put onions cucumbers, meat, spices, pour the brine. Add salt to taste and cook for another 5-10 minutes. When filing   meat soups   in a bowl put the sour cream, olives, slices of lemon and herbs.
