Stewed mushrooms

 Stewed mushrooms  Autumn - time for mushrooms. Treat yourself to a delicious gifts of nature!

Ingredients:

chanterelles, honey and syroezhek - 500 g

vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Fresh mushrooms bust of debris, clean and rinse. Then boil for a few minutes in salted water. Tilt mushrooms in a colander to drain. Put them in a pan with hot oil, add 3 tablespoons broth, cover and simmer about 30 minutes.

When serving, add the finely chopped parsley and onion.
