Chicken in Mexican

 Chicken in Mexican  Delicious dish with low fat content.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon mustard

4 chicken breasts without skin and bones, divided into halves

4 tablespoons olive oil

Bulgarian pepper

Finely chopped onions (1 onion)

1 can of canned corn

1 cup chicken broth

spices

Preparation:

1. Each piece of chicken treat with salt and pepper and spread the mustard on one side. In a large skillet with nonstick heat the olive oil over medium heat. Put the chicken breasts in the pan mustard down. Fry until golden brown, then flip. Reduce heat.

2. Add the onion, garlic and chopped peppers. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour the broth and simmer until tender. Before serving, add the corn.
