Lamb with mint

 Lamb with mint  This simple recipe will cook fragrant and flavorful meat.

Ingredients:


Mutton   - 500g

Garlic - 3 cloves

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Mint - 1 tbsp

Black and red pepper

Salt

How to cook:


Crushed garlic, oil, mint, pepper, salt laugh. The resulting mass of grease with pre-cut into steaks lamb . Chunks meat wrap in foil and place in a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 1 hour. Then uncover the foil and bake another 25-30 minutes.
