Ingredients:
Fish - 1 PC
Tomato paste - 1 cup
Garlic, herbs
Fat or oil - 2 tbsp
How to cook:
Prepare the sauce: heat the tomato paste, add the grated garlic and herbs. In a baking dish and lay the foil fish , Pour the sauce, add the butter or oil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven. Add fresh herbs, add the oil and leave in the oven for five minutes.
