Diet longevity

Diet longevity How and what to eat to live to a ripe old age? This question is answered Walter Bruening, who celebrated last Monday 113th anniversary.   Walter is officially the oldest man on the earth, so his diet is certainly the longevity diet.

The last 35 years he fed only twice a day (although most scientists advises eating just at least five times a day, to accelerate the process of metabolism). "I think you have to get up from the table, still feel hungry - I said Bruening. - I have breakfast and dinner, and supper had long refused. Last year 35 I have the same weight. I think so It should be. Get used to the fact that nothing there at night, and very soon you will feel a surge of strength and vigor. "

Walter gets up at 6.15 am, breakfast at half past seven. Normally, his breakfast consists of eggs, toast or pancakes. "For breakfast you can eat anything you want, - says Walter. - Every day I eat a lot of fruit."

The governor of Montana, recently visited Mr. BrĂ¼ning, had sent him a gift basket of fruit. "Well, guys, they were tasty - smiling Walter. - I ate everything to the last crumb."

Besides fruits every day Bruening takes one tablet of baby aspirin and drink a lot of water. One and a half cups of coffee for breakfast, a cup at dinner. The oldest person   on the ground believe that living for so long precisely because of its diet And enormous diligence. Walter left for retirement after 80 years.

"If everyone in the world could return to his normal weight, it would be great - says Walter. - You eat a lot!"
