Bacteriostatic antibiotic . The active ingredient is clindamycin. The basic substance is classified as lincosamides. It is based on the effects on the bacterial cell protein. In some types of Gram-positive cocci   drug acts bactericidal. Cross-resistance between notes   lincomycin and clindamycin. Dalatsin produced as a gel, suppository, cream.

Indications:

Dalatsin prescribed for bacterial infections. Dalatsin gel used in acne . Dalatsin candle is prescribed for bacterial vaginitis.

Contraindications:

Dalatsin cream is contraindicated for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. The drug is not prescribed in case of intolerance clindamycin.

Side effect:

Dalatsin can cause allergic reactions, contact dermatitis, fungal vaginitis, superinfection, irritation at the application of the cream. In rare cases, develop   pseudomembranous enterocolitis Systemic side effects.

Mode of application:

Dalatsin candles: one applicator at night (100 mg), the duration of therapy 3-7 days. The gel is applied to the affected area 2-3 times a day.

Special instructions:

Inadmissibility of the use of vaginal cream with other drugs intravaginalymi. Dalatsin incompatible with drugs group, magnesium sulfate, calcium gluconate, ampicillin, an aminoglycoside. Antagonism is marked with erythromycin.
