Antiparkinsonian . Active ingredient - pramipexole . The main component is a selective dopamine receptor agonist . The mechanism of action of the medicament is directed to stimulation of dopamine receptors located in the substantia nigra and striatum of the brain. The drug affects the process of impulses in neurons located in the striatum. Under the influence of the drug mirapex reduced secretion of ACTH, growth hormone and prolactin. The drug is available in tablet form.

Indications, contraindications:

Mirapex prescribed for Parkinson's disease. The drug is not prescribed in case of intolerance pramipexole, breastfeeding, women during child bearing. With hypotension , In the pathology of renal Mirepaks used with caution.

Side effect:

Mode of application:
