 Monural  This drug is a broad antibacterial spectrum. Fosfomycin   - The active ingredient in Monurale. It has a bactericidal effect on the following Gram-positive bacteria : Staphylococcus saprophyticus, Staphylococcus spp, Enterococcus faecalis; such Gram negative bacteria : Serratia spp, Morganella morganii, Proteus mirabilis, Enterobacter spp., Pseudomonas spp., Klebsiella spp., Citrobacter spp., Esherichia coli. Monural principle of operation is that it inhibits the first step of the synthesis of microorganisms.

Fosfomycin from the intestine is absorbed quickly enough. The plasma protein does not bind, is not metabolized, mainly in the urine is accumulated. Indications:
