Potato gratin with meat and mushrooms

 Potato gratin with meat and mushrooms  Unconditional lyrics Russian cuisine is prepared quickly and easily.

Ingredients:

potatoes - 6 pieces,

minced meat (pork + beef) - 400 g,

mushrooms - 100-150 g,

Cheese - 100 g,

salt,

pepper,

onions - 1 pc,

to fill

cream - 0 5 glass

Mayonnaise - 0 5 glass

egg - 1 pc,

Garlic - 2 cloves,

salt,

pepper

How to cook potato casserole:

Wash potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices. Onions cut into half rings. Mushrooms cut into strips. Minced meat (pork + beef + salt + pepper) mix with mushrooms. Cheese rub on a coarse grater. In a greased baking dish put half the potatoes, salt and pepper. On top lay a bow, which was previously, if desired, you can fry. On the bow put minced, mixed with mushrooms. Stuffing sprinkle with grated cheese. On top put a layer of potatoes, salt and pepper. Pour pudding filling and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees until done. For 5 minutes until cooked casseroles can sprinkle with grated cheese and then put into the oven until the cheese melts. Finished potato casserole   sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Pouring . Sour cream mixed with mayonnaise, garlic passed through the press, add egg, salt and pepper. Mix well. Potato casserole   ready!
