Casserole "cottage cheese"

 Casserole "cottage cheese"  This air and light cottage cheese casserole will appeal to all members of your family!

Ingredients (2 servings):

Cottage cheese   degreased - pack - 200g

Berries - big - or small pieces 3-4 - 8-10 pc.

Jam or marmalade - 2 tbsp. spoons

Egg - 1 pc

Flour - 1 tbsp

How to cook:

Cottage cheese   Beat the egg in the air mass, add the flour and mix gently. The two small ceramic baking dish (the size of a cocotte) put jam or marmalade, prepared a lot for baking. If the berries are frozen, put them on top of the mass. Fresh berries add to the last five minutes of baking. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until soft and golden brown. Eat can be both hot and cold.
