On the men's longevity can be seen in semen

Researchers from the University of Southern Denmark have established a link between the quality of the sperm and the male life expectancy. According to the researchers, this relationship is stored as men become fathers, and those who have not got the offspring.

On the men's longevity can be seen in semen male longevity

In particular, experts have found out: the less normal, motile sperm in the semen of men, the greater the risk of premature death.

In a study that has engulfed the data about men's health, recorded over many years (38 years), we met with physicians over 43 thousand representatives of the stronger sex. At the beginning of the study, all subjects were less than 40 years. Observations on them reveals the following trends: men whose sperm concentration was 40 million per milliliter, died on 40% less likely to those who did not exceed 10 million per milliliter.

The researchers also noticed that when men had more correct form of motile sperm in their semen, their life expectancy increased. "In subjects who had 75 percent or more of high-quality sperm, the risk of dying was 54% lower than that of those whose semen contains less than 25% normal sperm" - scientists have clarification.

According to experts, their findings confirm a pattern that has been seen by scientists even earlier, namely, that men who become fathers are living longer childless. The organizers of this scientific project say that men do not have children because of infertility, usually do not have good health, earn little and suffer from chronic diseases. At the same time the quality of sperm indicate life expectancy for both men-fathers, and those who do not know the joy of fatherhood.

It is interesting that with a regular sex is quite possible to improve the quality of sperm. According to available data, daily ejaculation for a week by 12 percent reduces the risk of abnormalities in the structure of sperm DNA, and increases their mobility. (READ MORE)
