Stuffed Tomatoes

 Stuffed Tomatoes  Tomatoes - a rich source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

- Tomatoes - 6 pieces.

- Mushrooms (fresh) - 200g

- Onions - 1 pc.

- Oil or butter - 1 tablespoon

- Lard - 1 tbsp

- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp

- White bread - 50g

- Herbs, salt and pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

Large tomatoes wash well, the underside of the 1/4 of the cut, gently squeeze to remove seeds, cut part of the pulp, salt and pepper. Prepared tomatoes filled with stuffing.

For the stuffing well-washed mushrooms finely chop, fry in melted lard. Onions chop, fry in butter. Mushrooms and onions mix, add a strong broth, tomato paste, tomato pulp, bread crumbs and stir to boil.

Stuffed tomatoes with minced meat to put on a greased baking tray, drizzle with oil and bake in the oven. When a table sprinkled with parsley, celery, dill.
