Tortellini with vegetables

 Tortellini with vegetables  Tortellini - small dumplings with different fillings.

Ingredients:

tortellini - 250g

vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

celery (root) - 100g

carrots - 150g

onions - 2 pcs.

meat (chopped) - 400g

bay leaf - 2 pcs.

thyme - 1 tsp

Marjoram - 1 tsp

red wine - 100 ml

Tomatoes - 500g

cheese (julienne) - 200g

pepper, salt - to taste

Cook the tortellini in salted water with 1 table spoon of oil. Diced carrots and celery. Cut into cubes and put out the onion in 1 table. spoon vegetable oil. Lightly fry the minced meat in it with the bay leaf, thyme and marjoram. Add carrots, celery and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the wine and diced tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Discard the tortellini in a colander. Put the noodles into a form to add a mixture of stew on top, sprinkle with cheese sticks and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 200C.
