Stuffed calamari

 Stuffed calamari  These exotic and easy to prepare stuffed squid will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients:

squid (HGT), 2 pcs.

Potatoes 4-5 pcs.

70 ml of milk

butter 50g

sour cream 1 pack

mushrooms 150g

onion 1 piece.

cheese

salt and pepper to taste

How to cook:

Make the filling: Boil the potatoes, rub in the mashed potatoes, fried mushrooms and onion until tender, cool and mix all. Squid dipped in boiling salted water for three minutes. Cool. Then gently with a spoon filled with stuffed carcasses. Heat oven in a baking dish pour a little oil, put the stuffed squid and pepper, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes.

Stuffed calamari   ready!
